   ແນະນໍາວິທີການປ່ຽນຈາກ inch ມາເປັນ centimeters ໃນ Microsoft Word ເພື່ອຄວາມສະດວກໃນ

ການຕັ້ງໜ້າເຈ້ຍເອກະສານກັບການໃຊ້ງານເອກະສານທາງການ, ເຊີ່ງເວລາເຮົາລົງໂປຣແກຣມ Microsoft 

 Office ໃໝ່ໆຄ່າ Margins ຈະເປັນ inch.

ວິທີການປ່ຽນມີດັ່ງນີ້:

1. ວິທີທີ່ 1 ໃຫ້ຄຣິກຂວາໃນພື້ນທີ່ແຖບ Font ແລ້ວເລືອກ Customize The Ribbon 

 ວິທີທີ່ 2  ຄຣິກເລືອກ File 

ແລ້ວເລືອກທີ່ແຖບ Options

2. ເລືອກເມນູ Advanced

3. ທີ່ show measurements in units of ເລືອກເປັນ centimeters 

4. ເລືອກເປັນ centimeters  ແລ້ວຄຣິກ OK

5. ສັງເກດຈະໄດ້ຄ່າ Margins ເປັນ centimeters
